Sr. SQL Developer – HRMS Preferred

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Collaborate with the development team to design algorithms and flowcharts
  • Write clean, efficient, and scalable code based on given specifications
  • Develop and manage backend systems and database architecture
  • Test, deploy, troubleshoot, debug, and maintain software applications
  • Continuously improve existing software to enhance performance and reliability
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery

Requirements:

  • 4–7 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong proficiency in SQL Server, PHP, and HTML
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Hands-on experience in database management and backend development
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable code and collaborate effectively within teams
