Digital Marketing Executive

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
  • Run ROI-focused performance marketing strategies for finance and lifestyle brands.
  • Track and analyze key KPIs and user engagement metrics.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to boost brand visibility and engagement.
  • Oversee daily content creation (reels, posts, stories), scheduling, and community interaction.
  • Coordinate with design and content teams to deliver visually appealing and brand-aligned creatives.
  • Manage Shopify operations: product uploads, collections, conversion optimization, and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with developers for website updates, SEO improvements, and performance tracking.
  • Optimize company websites for user experience and lead generation.
  • Manage updates, UI/UX improvements, and features for company mobile applications.
  • Work with product and tech teams to integrate features aligned with marketing objectives.
  • Plan and execute campaigns to drive leads, conversions, and revenue across finance and e-commerce.
  • Analyze customer data, trends, and competitor activity to recommend growth strategies.
  • Identify, scale, and optimize high-performing channels (organic, paid, partnerships, email, etc.).
  • Collaborate with sales, design, tech, and leadership teams to ensure aligned marketing objectives.
  • Prepare regular reports on performance metrics, campaign results, and overall marketing ROI.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in full-stack digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, email marketing, affiliate marketing, and analytics tools.
  • Proficiency with Shopify, website platforms (WordPress or custom CMS), and app management tools.
  • Solid understanding of UI/UX and user journeys across finance and fashion domains.
  • Strong grasp of social media trends and platform algorithms.
  • Excellent analytical skills with an ROI-driven approach.
  • Experience in leadership and cross-functional team collaboration.
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or related fields (preferred).
