Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple internal and external sources.
- Analyze and interpret business data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Translate analytical findings into clear and concise recommendations for business stakeholders.
- Support cross-departmental teams with data-driven strategies and performance tracking.
- Assist in building forecasting models and predictive analytics, where applicable.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems.
- Communicate complex data in a user-friendly way to non-technical stakeholders.
- Document data processes, definitions, and dashboards for organizational knowledge.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Data Science, IT, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar role (freshers with strong analytical project work may also apply).
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong skills in Excel, Power BI, Tableau or similar BI tools.
- Knowledge of scripting languages like Python or R for data analysis.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to communicate insights effectively in both verbal and written form.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high data quality.
Preferred (Not Required):
- Experience with ETL tools or data warehousing.
- Understanding of machine learning basics.
- Experience in Google Analytics / marketing data a plus.
