Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Meet daily targets for outbound calls, qualified leads, and maintain strong conversion ratios from prospect to customer
- Revenue Ownership: Drive end-to-end sales cycles and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue goals through consultative selling
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective learners, corporate clients, and key stakeholders
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and customer needs to inform product and sales strategies
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to optimize customer experience and improve conversion funnels
- Performance Reporting: Provide regular updates on pipeline health, sales metrics, and market insights to senior leadership
Requirements:
- Experience & Background
- 0-9 years of experience in business development, B2C sales, or consultative selling roles
- Freshers with strong communication skills and passion for sales are welcome to apply
- Prior experience in EdTech, online learning platforms, or technology-driven sales environments is a plus
- Demonstrated track record of meeting targets (for experienced candidates)
