The AI Developer will lead the design and implementation of Generative AI solutions, with a primary focus on Large Language Models (LLMs). The role involves working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver scalable, production-ready AI systems that drive innovation and measurable impact.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI and LLM-based applications
- Build and optimize machine learning models for real-world business use cases
- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
- Implement NLP pipelines for text and document intelligence
- Develop scalable AI architectures on cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure)
- Conduct large-scale data processing and model training
- Optimize models for performance, accuracy, and efficiency
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business problems into AI solutions
- Present technical solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Ensure best practices in AI deployment, monitoring, and maintenance
Requirements:
- Strong expertise in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Solid foundation in machine learning, NLP, and predictive modeling
- Proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks
- Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure)
- Experience handling large-scale datasets and training models
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work with complex datasets and optimize AI systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
- Experience in video and text analytics is an added advantage
