Role Overview:
- Design, develop, and maintain backend software solutions using Python.
- Apply software engineering principles to solve complex organizational problems.
- Work independently or collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Innovate and experiment with open-source tools and AI orchestration solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance backend systems using Python.
- Guide and manage the development lifecycle of projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI and data management solutions.
- Prototype and experiment with open-source tools and libraries.
- Produce comprehensive and usable software documentation.
- Follow secure development, testing, and deployment practices.
Requirements:
- B.E./B.Tech/B.S. in relevant fields; significant prior experience considered.
- Mastery of Python programming and writing clean, scalable code.
- Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficiency with relational and NoSQL databases and complex data structures.
- Experience implementing and managing cloud services (AWS Compute, Lambda, S3, etc.) and/or GCP.
- Familiarity with identity providers and authentication mechanisms (OAuth, SAML).
- Good to have: ETL flows, building data connectors, and experience with GenAI orchestrators (LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph).
