Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing calendars aligned with business goals.
- Plan and manage PR campaigns, award nominations, webinars, and speaker opportunities.
- Build compelling marketing collaterals including brochures, emailers, social media posts, and website content.
- Drive SEO, paid campaigns, and social media strategy in collaboration with agencies.
- Track, retarget, and convert leads to support business development and pipeline growth.
- Coordinate go-to-market strategies, conduct competitor benchmarking, and identify growth opportunities.
- Oversee deployment of marketing automation tools and monitor campaign ROI.
- Manage communication strategies for both domestic and global markets.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in B2B marketing, preferably in fintech or financial services.
- Proven track record in handling multi-channel campaigns and performance marketing.
- Strong content writing and storytelling skills for digital platforms.
- Experience in working with creative agencies and tech teams.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master’s degree (MBA/PGDM) in Marketing or Digital Marketing is a plus.
- Certifications in digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and content marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
