Digital Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing calendars aligned with business goals.
  • Plan and manage PR campaigns, award nominations, webinars, and speaker opportunities.
  • Build compelling marketing collaterals including brochures, emailers, social media posts, and website content.
  • Drive SEO, paid campaigns, and social media strategy in collaboration with agencies.
  • Track, retarget, and convert leads to support business development and pipeline growth.
  • Coordinate go-to-market strategies, conduct competitor benchmarking, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Oversee deployment of marketing automation tools and monitor campaign ROI.
  • Manage communication strategies for both domestic and global markets.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in B2B marketing, preferably in fintech or financial services.
  • Proven track record in handling multi-channel campaigns and performance marketing.
  • Strong content writing and storytelling skills for digital platforms.
  • Experience in working with creative agencies and tech teams.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree (MBA/PGDM) in Marketing or Digital Marketing is a plus.
  • Certifications in digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and content marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
