Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn & referrals
  • Screening resumes and coordinating interviews
  • Maintaining candidate databases and reports
  • Assisting the recruitment team in end-to-end hiring

Eligibility:

  • Students / Fresh graduates (MBA HR preferred)
  • Good communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
