Desktop Engineer

Responsibilities of the Candidates:

  • Respond to and resolve basic Office 365 issues (password resets, login problems, mailbox access, Teams/OneDrive sync issues, etc.).
  • Provide support for Outlook configuration, email delivery issues, and calendar management.
  • Assist users with Teams meetings, chat, and collaboration features.
  • Guide users on SharePoint and OneDrive file access and sharing.
  • Log, track, and update incidents and service requests in the ticketing system.
  • Escalate unresolved or complex issues to L2/L3 support as per defined procedures.
  • Document solutions and contribute to the knowledge base.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and communication throughout the support process
