Now we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Intern (Founding Member) to help us grow, engage, and shape ByteBounce’s early community.
Responsibilities:
- Research and execute creative digital marketing ideas to grow ByteBounce’s subscriber base.
- Plan and manage campaigns across social media platforms.
- Build engagement loops – contests, referral programs, shoutouts, or collabs.
- Identify and reach out to micro-influencers, college communities, and startup pages for partnerships.
- Analyze reach, engagement, and subscriber metrics to suggest content or targeting improvements.
- Stay on top of business news, startups, trends, memes, and marketing experiments from global creators and newsletters – and test them fast.

- Understand how Gen Z consumes content and can think creatively to grab attention.
- Are proactive, self-driven, and excited about building something from the ground up.
- Have decent communication and organizational skills.

Compensation & Growth:
This is an unpaid internship for the first month as we launch and PMF ByteBounce.
Based on performance and contribution, a monthly stipend and ESOP options will be introduced from the second month onwards.
Top performers will also have the opportunity to lead verticals or join full-time as we scale.
