Digital Marketing Executive

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Campaign Management: Assist in creating, managing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging content for social media, blogs, email campaigns, and websites.
  • SEO and SEM: Support search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) efforts to improve website rankings and drive targeted traffic.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow social media presence by scheduling posts, engaging with audiences, and analyzing performance metrics.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media analytics, and other tracking platforms to measure ROI and KPIs.
  • Email Marketing: Assist in designing and executing email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotional emails.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and audience preferences to inform marketing strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and campaign alignment.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in digital marketing, including hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, social media marketing, or email marketing.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.
  • Basic understanding of SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz, or Ahrefs).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Suite.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinking with an eye for detail.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Certifications (Preferred): Google Ads Certification, Google Analytics Certification, or HubSpot Inbound Marketing Certification.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
