Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Maintain the visitor logbook as required.
- Manage incoming and outgoing courier, posts, and deliveries.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable.
- Provide basic information about the company to visitors and callers.
- Assist with scheduling meetings and maintaining meeting room bookings.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Executive, or in a similar role. (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Presentable and customer-service oriented
