Front Desk Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Maintain the visitor logbook as required.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing courier, posts, and deliveries.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable.
  • Provide basic information about the company to visitors and callers.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and maintaining meeting room bookings.
  • Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Executive, or in a similar role. (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Presentable and customer-service oriented
